New Regulated Vape Mods 2017
In the first half of this post from the last week we talk about the new Vape mods that have yet to be confirmed, pointing out some of the biggest rumors we’ve been hearing so far. In the second part we turn on our crystal balls and talk about upcoming vape mods that have been formally announced or have been on the market for 30 days or less. Vaporesso SWAG 80W kit
Vaporesso announced an update to the Vaporesso Revenger at the end of August 2017. The new device comes a unique and appealing top battery. You can screw off this battery cap (top) in a counterclockwise way, which enables you to replace its 18650 batteries.
There’s the OMINI BOARD 2.0 chipset, which is like a Vaporesso Revenger chip supports many functional modes including VT (NI, TI, SS), CCT, CCW, VW (H/N/S, TCR (M1, M2), RTC and BYPASS modes. The immediately noticeable change comes to its compatible NRG SE tank, their latest tank that bears resemblance to the TFV8. NRG SE features a straightforward and easy screw-open design and uses the new GT core coil. Vaporesso Swag 80W kit comes in a range of colors-Orange, Black, Blue and Silver, providing you with the option of choosing your taste. Vaporesso has said the SWAG kit will comes with more color options, though an exact date has yet to be announced. The retail price is $65.00.
REV SPORT/ REV GTS/ REV NITRO
The REV SPORT, REV GTS and REV NITRO were announced on 17 October. All three are available to order on AVE40 now. Impressively the specs are largely the same between the three mods, with the maximum power output and battery the main differences. A 230W dual 1860 -batteries adorns the GTS model ($99), the standard Nitro running up to a 200W output is supported by dual 18650 batteries, while the SPORT has a huge 4200mAh built-in battery and a mid-range 101W power output.
All three feature a modern automotive-themed design, and have what’s claimed to be the high grade vape mods yet. In terms of style, conception, and eye-catching uses of color, Rev Mod’s latest collection for this year is nothing short of stunning. A titanium and steel study in the aesthetics from those flame-spitting machines like Audi, Ferrari, and Lancia. Combining the cold precision with eye catching colors, these three latest models pay homage to auto racing of the 60’s and 70’s.
Hardware is good too, with the smart TC/VW chipset for a serious vape hit. The full temperature control includes coil buildings of Ni200 nickel, titanium and stainless-steel materials. Also, there are 6 memory slots reserved for storing your favorite settings and the compatible resistances is as low as 0.08 Ohms. Prices start at $79 for the NITRO and SPORT and $99 for the GTS.
SMOK Majesty kit
SMOK will unveil its Majesty mod this month, and it’s expected to come with the TFV8 X-Baby Tank. It will reportedly run the company’s newest chipset, which enable the Majesty mod delivers 5 times better performance and 10 times greater energy efficiency. The Majesty is capable of 6 to 225W of output for various output settings, and comprehensive TC adjustments that packs in adjustable TCR as well as Preheat capability.
In common with other recent SMOK flagships, Majesty is expected to get a visually striking chassis which features sharp angular faces alongside multicolor resin finishes or a carbon fiber coating.
The Majesty kit will surpass SMOK’s other box mods as it will have much longer battery durability (sealed in a Bottom Latch Battery Bay Door), a 1″ Colorful OLED Screen with Vibrant Display Resolution, much faster-charging speed, much bigger tank（4ml Max Juice capacity in 24.5mm Diameter）, more convenient Hinge and Lock Top Fill System, and much better overall vaping experience from compatible X-Baby Coil buildings.
Voopoo Alpha One
The Voopoo DRAG is now on sale but we’re still waiting for an announcement on the Voopoo Alpha One, which is expected to be the more exciting of the two.
The Alpha One was thought to be an upgraded version of the DRAG with a higher power output 222W, faster firing speed of 0.025 seconds, and a newly updated Gene Chip for full temperature control. A LOVE pulse mode may also be found -bringing in waved output for longer vaping time and provides a more delicate flavor experience. Also new in the Alpha one is the compatible VooPoo PC App for users to customize some basic settings and add a customized logo to the display.
